Your order will be executed from a minimum order value of 10 euros.

1. Delivery is within Germany via DHL.

2. We ship worldwide. Delivery takes place via DHL. DHL reserves their right to have the shipment in the destination country carried out by another company. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

B.1 Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge 0.00 Euro shipping costs. Cash on delivery overall costs 9.90 EUR. Shipping by Express before 12 o'clock on the following day (delivery Monday to Friday) overall costs 24.90 EUR and is only offered within Germany and only against payment in advance.

Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries you may incur additional charges, for example in the form of customs duties, which you must carry.

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or other payment methods the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day. 

Note on ordering multiple articles with different delivery times: 
If you order several articles from us within the scope of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the consignment will apply to the article of your order with the longest delivery time.

C.1 Delivery time national:

The delivery time is approximately one to two working days. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If, for once, an article is not in stock or can not be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this is indicated separately on the respective product page.

C.2 Delivery time international:

The delivery time within Europe is about five to seven working days. Deliveries outside of Europe take about 14 days, but can also last up to one month and more, unless the delivery can be made by airmail (outlying islands). No delivery on Sundays or public holidays. If, for once, an article is not in stock or can not be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this is indicated separately on the respective product page.
