The AP 6.5 impresses with its technical features: the generously sized 32 mm pure copper voice coil ensures impressive power handling and optimal control over low frequencies. Audison engineers optimized the dome structure using the Klippel R&D Scan Vibrometer to perfectly set the mechanical low-pass limit—an approach that guarantees outstanding efficiency without requiring an additional crossover. This results in an especially authentic and uncolored bass reproduction, preserving the audio signal.

High-Quality Materials for Longevity and Superior Performance
Audison developed the water-resistant paper cone of the AP 6.5 using the Finite Element Method (FEM) and fine-tuned it with the Klippel Suite. The surround, made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), features an exclusive "Triple-Wave" profile, ensuring consistent and linear movement during large excursions.
