The DALI OBERON ON-WALL C is a slim and versatile in-wall speaker ideal for placement to the left and right of a TV screen to deliver premium TV sound. But not only that, the speaker also plays music and film soundtracks in excellent quality.

Flexibility in installation is a special feature of the OBERON C series. Thanks to the specially designed chassis and crossovers, the speakers radiate the audio signals at a particularly wide angle. This not only enables impressive and spatially precise sound reproduction outside the sweet spot, but also reduces harmonic distortion and diffraction that could affect the sound.

Another highlight of the OBERON ON-WALL C is the low latency. The audio signals are transmitted from the SOUND HUB COMPACT to the OBERON C speakers using a proprietary 30-bit wireless protocol. The latency is usually less than 15 ms, and both speakers are controlled at absolutely the same time.

The patented SMC technology (Soft Magnetic Compound) in the pole piece of the magnet systems of the woofers ensures a significant reduction in mechanical distortions. This means that the speakers sound pleasant and surprisingly detailed, even over longer periods of time.

The OBERON ON-WALL C speakers have two Class D power amplifiers, each with 50 watts, which have been carefully selected for their high sound quality and dynamics. One power amplifier supplies the tweeter, the other the woofer. The electronic module mounted on the back contains the radio receiver unit, the user interface, the DSP for equalization and crossover as well as the powerful two-channel power amplifier.

The slim housing of the OBERON ON-WALL C is only 12 cm deep and houses an ultra-light 29 mm fabric tweeter dome and a 130 mm bass-midrange driver with DALI's own wood fiber membrane and SMC technology. A unique bass reflex system on the back supports bass reproduction.

The combination of DALI technologies used gives the compact OBERON ON-WALL C a performance and sound quality that is comparable to significantly larger speakers. The speakers can be operated in both portrait and landscape format and can easily be hung on the wall next to a flat screen thanks to the integrated keyhole slots.

The OBERON ON-WALL C receives digital audio signals wirelessly from a SOUND HUB COMPACT or SOUND HUB with a resolution of 24 bit and 96 kHz.

The housing of the OBERON ON-WALL C is made of CNC-milled, high-strength MDF panels with various wood-look laminates. Optimum cabinet rigidity minimizes resonance, while cabinet damping has been strategically placed to maximize midrange without sacrificing bass response. The OBERON ON-WALL C loudspeakers have two bass reflex openings in the rear wall, which release air parallel to the wall and thus contribute to the exceptionally flat dimensions of the loudspeaker.
